What is SAZZY.APP?
SAZZY.APP turns the audience you already earn into a fan directory you own — named, permanent, and built to pay. One platform gives you fan-club memberships, merch, event tickets, live streams, Chronicles, and crowdfunding, with an AI companion that handles the follow-up for you.
What do the artist plans cost?
There are three monthly artist plans — Starter, Growth, and Scale — each unlocking more capacity and features. See current pricing on the Plans page. You can start on any plan and change later.
Who owns the fan relationship and the data?
You do. SAZZY.APP is designed around artist-owned relationships, explicit fan consent, and permitted roster export — not a rented audience. If you ever leave, your fans remain your business asset and you can take a permitted export with you.
How do payouts work?
Payments run through Stripe. Fan payments settle to your connected Stripe account with the platform fee applied automatically; payouts follow your Stripe payout schedule. You keep the artist's share of every membership, sale, and pledge.
How do I get set up?
Choose a plan at sazzy.app/get-started, then a short onboarding wizard walks you through your fan club, your Stripe connection, and your first designs. You publish your fan club and share your link — that's the launch.
Supporting an artist
How does a fan membership work?
You join an artist's fan club and get their member benefits — exclusive content, updates, and perks that the artist sets. Memberships are annual, and every artist sets their own tiers.
Is there a free tier?
No — fan access is paid. Supporting the artist directly is the point; that's what keeps the relationship (and the artist) going.
Do I need to be 18?
Yes. SAZZY.APP accounts are for people 18 and older.
How do I get a refund?
If something went wrong — a duplicate charge, a benefit that wasn't delivered, or a mistaken purchase — email hello@sazzyapp.com with your SAZZY.APP receipt ID, the artist's name, the charge date, and the amount. Please don't send card numbers or screenshots with full payment details. We'll review and, where a refund is warranted, process it back to your original payment method.
How do I manage or cancel a membership?
Sign in at sazzy.app/login and manage your memberships from your account. Canceling stops the next renewal; you keep access through the term you've already paid for.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, an industry-standard payment provider. SAZZY.APP never stores your full card details.
Still need a human?
Email us and we'll get back to you. Include your receipt ID and the artist's name for anything about a charge.
